Politique d'expédition

An online order is processed once payment has been accepted by Fields of Yarrow.

Fields of Yarrow reserves the right to refuse orders placed by customers involved in any previous problems involving payment.

Fields of Yarrow also reserves the right to request any necessary information from the customer, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If the customer does not respond within 5 days, their order will be automatically cancelled.

Fields of Yarrow is only committed to carrying out received orders if stocks allow it.

International delivery

International delivery is handled by DHL Express if you choose express shipping. Shipping rates are calculated directly at check out and calculated based on DHL Express Shipping costs.

Shipping costs are paid by the client. Costs and times vary according to destinations. Outside Indonesia, customs or import taxes can be invoiced at delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. It is therefore the buyer that has to be informed of the amount to his or hers local customs office.

Fields of Yarrow is not responsible for any tax and duties. Free duties for U.S and Australian orders below 800 AUD/USD. Above 800 AUD/USD duties and taxes apply. If the value of the order is under €23 there is no duty and/or tax for European orders. 

We do not change the value of the invoices on orders made through the Fields of Yarrow web shop.

A valid phone number and email address is mandatory and must be added when placing an order thus for DHL to be able to provide the customer with tracking details. The DHL app can be downloaded where customers can track their own shipment of the package.
