    Apply your favorite oil or serum onto your skin.

    Repeat exercises 5-10 times.

    Jawline and Neck: Gently glide the Gua Sha tool along your jawline, starting from the chin and moving towards the ears. Repeat this motion 5-10 times.

    Cheek and Cheekbones: Sweep the tool from the nose outwards along your cheekbones, following the contour of your face. Repeat this motion 5-10 times on each side.

    Under-Eye Area: Carefully use the curved edge of the tool to lightly massage the under-eye area, moving from the inner corner towards the temple. Repeat this motion 5-10 times on each side.

    Forehead: Begin at the center of your forehead and move outwards towards your hairline, using the flat side of the Gua Sha tool. Repeat this motion 5-10 times.
