Repeat exercises 5-10 times.

Jawline and Neck: Gently glide the Gua Sha tool along your jawline, starting from the chin and moving towards the ears. Repeat this motion 5-10 times.

Cheek and Cheekbones: Sweep the tool from the nose outwards along your cheekbones, following the contour of your face. Repeat this motion 5-10 times on each side.
